Kendrick Property Management is a full service property management company that also offers maintenance, sales and a rental department. Our office is located in an historic building (built by the Dickenson family) in the center North Amherst and features a large conference room that is available for meetings or lease signings. Parking is conveniently located in our large paved lot behind our building. Office hours are 8:00am till 4:30pm, Monday through Friday or by appointment.

Kendrick presently manages a number of apartments, condominiums, single and mult-family homes in Amherst and the surrounding areas. The owner, George R. Scialoia, has an extensive management background. Having owned and operated several businesses, George is a licensed realtor and has a very pro-active hands on approach towards management. Our staff includes two bookkeepers, a full time maintenance person, an assistant to the owner and a crew of licensed and insured contractors that work as sub-contractors and are available as needed.
